PMP CERTIFICATION HOURS FOR PROFESSIONALS
SHPE is also pleased to announce that we will be offering an opportunity for Professional members to receive *PMP Certification Training*. Offered by a PMI Certified instructor from Praizion Media, participants during Friday and Saturday will obtain close to a third of the 35 necessary hours required before taking the certification exam. As part of this, participants will receive a project management student workbook and access to downloadable electronic aids. The final certificate of completion will also be included for those that sign up and successfully complete the online study program after the conference.
The Project Management Professional (PMP) is the most important industry-recognized certification for project managers. As a PMP, you can work in virtually any industry, with any methodology and in any location. And those with a PMP certification garner a 20% higher salary on average than those without.
