Please book your housing using the SHPE approved housing bureau, RHS. You will have the opportunity to select your preferred hotel location and make edits online. RHS will provide full support during the booking process and on-site at the National Convention. A credit card is required to make reservation. A one night deposit will be charged by the hotel prior to arrival (room rate plus tax) for each reservation. Reservations can be made starting June 6th. Hotels will sell out, do not wait to book.

They may require that rooms be fully prepaid; that charges are non-refundable and/or be subject to steep change fees; and room types may not be guaranteed. Please be aware of these unaffiliated solicitors and don’t become victim to their scams. In the past, these kinds of scams have left individuals stranded without hotel rooms and transportations, resulting in lost deposits.
